Anne Fleming

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

B.S., Equine Science, with a minor in Business Administration (Colorado State University); FEMA NIMS ICS 100 & 200

Anne Fleming serves as a trusted operational partner to the Co-CEOs and senior leadership team at Rule4. Located on Florida’s Atlantic Coast, she supports the den remotely, seemingly magically anticipating needs before they surface and removing friction wherever it appears. Anne also takes on client-facing work, helping manage project tracking and coordination across some of Rule4’s larger, more complex engagements.

Anne’s career began in hospitality in the ski industry in Breckenridge, where she held a series of client-service roles and was recognized with multiple internal service awards. That experience translated well into the nonprofit sector, where she worked for an organization focused on supporting K-12 educators as a lever for economic mobility in underserved communities—work recognized with a Gold Anthem Award. In both fields, she got comfortable operating as part of a small, versatile team, which is part of her secret to success as a fox. She’s always been drawn to the intersection of technology and humanity, and that pull is part of what brought her to the den.

When she’s not herding foxes, Anne is constantly seeking time with animals large and small, and she someday hopes to have a menagerie of farm critters of her own. She also loves crafting gemstone jewelry, reading and writing, cooking, and exploring the outdoors with her partner.
